Welcome to Bubsby. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bubsby application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bubsby ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Bubsby, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bubsby is a household organisation and personal assistant application designed to help individuals and families manage events, reminders, and important information. The Service may include:

  • Email monitoring (with your explicit permission)
  • Calendar integration
  • Reminders and notifications
  • Household coordination features

3. Account Registration

To use Bubsby, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bubsby only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • You grant Bubsby read-only access to your email account, and read/write access to your calendar (to create or update events), as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You confirm you have authority to connect those accounts.
  • You may disconnect these integrations at any time.

Bubsby does not send, delete, or modify your emails. Bubsby does not modify your calendar events without your explicit action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bubsby and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our trademarks without permission

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within Bubsby (events, notes, reminders), as well as data imported from your connected accounts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and utilise third-party AI to summarise this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Bubsby available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • The Service will meet all your requirements
  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

Bubsby is a tool to assist with organisation. You remain responsible for your own scheduling decisions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
