• We read event timing and details to identify scheduling conflicts and provide suggestions.
• We can create or update events on your calendar, but Bubsby does not modify external calendars unless you explicitly approve an action.

2.3 User-Provided Content

This includes:

• Events you create
• Notes, reminders, or messages you enter
• Voice or text input you voluntarily submit

This data is used only to deliver Bubsby’s functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate Bubsby features
• Identify scheduling conflicts and availability
• Surface relevant reminders and summaries
• Improve reliability and performance
• Communicate important service information

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Use your data for targeted advertising

• You can delete your account in-app from Settings > Delete account, or by visiting https://bubsby.com/delete-account

• To protect the rights, safety, or security of users or Bubsby
• With service providers who help operate the platform (under strict confidentiality obligations)

7. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

Bubsby integrates with third-party services such as:

• Calendar services (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook)
• Third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers (to parse and summarise household information)

These services have their own privacy policies. Bubsby accesses them only with your permission and only for the purposes described.

Important Note Regarding AI Data Processing: To provide summaries and manage scheduling, Bubsby processes calendar and user-provided content using third-party AI models. We strictly enforce data privacy agreements with these providers ensuring that your data is never used to train their AI models and is only processed temporarily to deliver Bubsby’s features to you.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Disconnect calendar integrations at any time
• Review and edit your data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request a copy of your data

9. Children’s Privacy

Bubsby is designed for household use by adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental involvement or consent.
